1. Controller

2. When you simply visit the site

The site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts and icons are served from our own server. Our hosting provider, Google Firebase, automatically keeps technical logs: IP address, time, page requested and browser type. They are needed to run and protect the site (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and are kept by the provider for a limited period.

3. Map

When you scroll down to the map, map tiles are loaded from the servers of the OpenStreetMap Foundation, which receives your IP address. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in showing where the venues are. The map loads only when you scroll to it.

4. Your enquiry

The form on this site sends and stores nothing. The button opens your e-mail app or WhatsApp with the text ready, and you decide whether to send it. From your message we receive what you entered: club, contact, dates, number of people and notes. We use it to prepare a quote and a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR; Art. 5 of Turkish Law No. 6698, KVKK). We keep it while we work on your enquiry and, for concluded contracts, for as long as Turkish tax and commercial law requires. WhatsApp messages are also subject to WhatsApp's own terms.

5. Transfers

We are based in Türkiye, so the data in your enquiry is processed there. Hotels and transport companies receive only what a booking needs (for example a list of participants) and only after you have agreed to a specific option.

6. Your browser

The site stores one flag in your browser: whether you closed the language hint. It contains no personal data.

7. Your rights

You may ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to its use and receive it in a portable format (GDPR Arts. 15-21; KVKK Art. 11). You may also complain to the data protection authority of your country or to the Turkish KVKK authority. Write to arenasporttravel@gmail.com.
